What it is used for
Sales offices carry the first impression of a development. Buyers walk in off a half-built site, so the unit has to look finished even when nothing around it is. Glazing, lighting and a clean interior do that work.
How it is built
We build the shell, glaze it, fit the interior and mount the signage in our yard. On site it is craned into place, levelled and connected. The projects for GRS Builders, Saify Heights and Metropolis were all delivered this way.

Can it be branded in our colours?
Yes. We paint or clad the unit and fit your signage before delivery, so it arrives complete.
How much glass can it take?
Up to full-height glazing on two sides. The OmniKart Racing clubhouse is glazed on two sides across 40 × 16 ft.
Can it be moved once the project sells out?
Yes. The unit is still a container, so it can be lifted and relocated to the next site.
